Transparency Center - Add an Official

You can add the name and title of your organization's officials (e.g. town manager, superintendent, board chair).

• How to add an Official to your Transparency page 

While you can add several town officials, only one will be displayed at the top of every page of your Transparency Center: the one that is set to default.

How to add an Official in ClearGov

• Log in to your ClearGov account.
• Select the Transparency application in the left navigation column and then select the Banner tile.
• Find the Officials heading.
• Select the Add New button.
• Fill out the form and select  Save.

• Select set default for the official to be shown at the top of your Transparency Center.
