Comprehensive Fund Summary
The Comprehensive Fund Summary content block is available at the top of any Fund-based Financial Page. A comprehensive Fund Summary can be available for a multi-fund page as well, such as an All Funds Summary page.
Fund Balances are calculated in the Comprehensive Fund Summary by adding Revenues and subtracting Expenditures from the Ending Fund Balance provided in the Fund Balance Application.
Fund Balance - Projections and Financial Summary
Fund Balances are also presented at the bottom of individual Fund Financial Pages in a content block called Fund Balances.
The Fund Balance Projections content block presents Fund Balances as entered in the Fund Balance Application, categorized by Fund Type. For example: Enterprise Funds, Special Revenue Funds, etc.
Underneath the Fund Balance Projections graphic, there is an associated Financial Summary Table.
The financial summary provides details of the graphic above, similar to a financial schedule table. This table can be configured to include custom change columns and present any year of data that has an associated Fund Balance.
