Now that you’ve enabled the public website to display your Capital Progress Tracker project pages, you can view them by selecting View Public Site in the upper right corner of the tracker.
Here you can…
- View an overview of the projects in various ways: a map view, a cards view, a list view, and a timeline view.
- Map View: Displays a location of all projects with interactive markers.
- Card View: Displays each project with a thumbnail image and key project details.
- List View: Presents projects in a clean, organized list for quick scanning and comparison.
- Timeline View: Visually aligns projects along a timeline, showing their start and end dates relative to one another.
- Search projects to find a specific project.
- Filter projects by project type.
- Select a project to view the project overview page, timeline, financials, and more.
View Public Project Details
Select a project to view its specific details that you included in the Capital Project Tracker. At the top of each project page will be the following tabs:
- Overview - Provides an outlook on the project and core details to understand what it is.
- Timeline - Displays a high-level timeline of the project and its Phases. Selecting a phase provides further information on Action Items, Status Updates, and more.
- Financials - Provides a breakdown of where the money is coming from for the project and how it compares to the overall budget.
- Photos - Explore photos related to the project.
- Map - View the project location.
- Announcements - Lists out all announcements (even those expired and no longer displaying in banners) for reference for more details and historical notes.
Subscribe for Project Updates
Community members can subscribe to automated email notifications to stay informed about project updates. This ensures that new information and changes are delivered directly to subscribers as they occur.
To enroll, select the Subscribe to Updates button and enter your email address. After subscribing, email notifications will be sent whenever the project page is updated, keeping you informed for the duration of the project.
