Refresh Imports from MDFM ensures that the MDFM imports are updated correctly to reflect the latest amounts in spreadsheets.
Steps:
- Rollup to Update Information in Pivots
- After making changes to Hypercube to mapping (local rules), you need to Rollup to ensure that the data is updated in the Pivot.
Right-click on the main folder of the Hypercube.
- A menu will appear with three options. Select 🔄 Rollup to refresh the information.
- After making changes to Hypercube to mapping (local rules), you need to Rollup to ensure that the data is updated in the Pivot.
Refresh Imports to Update MDFM Data Once the Rollup is complete, you can refresh the MDFM imports using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Refresh All Imports from the Hypercube Folder. Used when we need to refresh applied changes for statements related to this fund category.
- Right-click on the main folder of the Hypercube.
From the menu, select ⬆️ Refresh Imports.
- This option will refresh all MDFM imports for that Hypercube. Note that this may take several minutes to complete and you can track completeness of operation in inbox.
- Option 2: Refresh all imports from the top folder in the report tree.
Click on the 3 dots next to the top folder, click on 'Data' and 'Refresh MDFM Imports'
