Gravity - Show the Variables Panel

How to open and use the Variables Panel.

Instructions

1. Log in to the application
2. Open an existing report or create a new report
3. Open an object (spreadsheet or editor) or create a new object 
4. From the menu bar at the top of the object select “Extensions” → “Gravity Sheets/Docs Add–ons”, → “Show  Variables Panel”

5. The “Variables Panel” opens on the right-hand side of the screen
   
    

   

   
   
    

6. The Variables panel has 3 types of variables to choose from:
   1. Link - Create a variable linking data between objects
   2. Note - Create a variable to automate and calculate note numbering
   3. Page - Create a variable to automate and calculate page referencing

7. Use the search bar in the panel to filter variables by name. Each type can be searched independently, using the dropdown to switch between link/note/page types.
