If you posted an adjustment, but it’s not showing up in the statement in the report, it’s likely because the system automatically updates the MDFM, but the report itself hasn’t been refreshed. To see the changes reflected, follow these steps to refresh the report data:
Refresh All Imports from the Hypercube Folder. Used when we need to refresh applied changes for statements related to this fund category.
- Right-click on the main folder of the Hypercube.
- From the menu, select ⬆️Rollup.
- From the menu, select ⬆️Refresh Imports.
This will refresh all MDFM imports for that Hypercube. Note that this may take several minutes to complete and you can track completeness of operation in inbox.
