These are the steps to deactivating a user inside of Gravity.
Instructions
- Log in to the application
- Select “Settings” (gear icon), and select “Users”
- Select and highlight “Users”
4. Select the “Application Level” tab, and click on “Deactivate”.
5. Once the user is deactivated, it will not longer appear in the dropdown menu - unless you toggle on the 'Show Inactive Users' button:
