Going to the source of a variable allows you to find where the variable was created.
This allows you to investigate where an amount is being pulled from.
- Open/create editor object
- Select and highlight data from the editor object
- From the editor menu, click on “Extensions” → “Gravity Editor Add-on” → “Variables” → “Go-To Source”

The source variable object will be opened in a new tab. This object is where the variable was created.
