“Report Properties” contain several tabs that define various aspects of the report:
- Name: Set the report name
- Period: Select the reporting period, that reflects the report information (see related “Dimensions”)
- Report Type: Set the report type, this is where you choose from the options above
- Group: Select the group or category you will put this report in, or type a new group
- Template File: a file that contains sets of styles for designing a report (see related “Template”)
- Pages Layout: Choose between “Single Page”, which means report pages will appear one after the other in a print, or “Two-Up (Facing)” meaning pages appear facing each other when printed
- Default Language: Select the preferred language
- Target: if required select XBRL taxonomy, XBRL filers should specify the target taxonomy (US GAAP or IFRS)
- Risk Days: set the number of days to be displayed as a risk in the “My Timeline Risk” dashboard
- Footnote Numbering: Select footnote layout (numbers, lowercase letters etc.)
- Footnote Style: The ability to format the footnote layout to a specific design
- Footnote Separator: “Space” or “Tab”
- Footnote Offset - Adjust footnote (mm)
- Restart Footnote Numbering: Add the ability to restart footnote numbering on each page or each story
- Default Workflow: Select a workflow to associate new objects with
- Manager: Select a user to act as a manager
- Filing Date: The date of filing the report
- Label: Specific labels can be assigned to parts of the report which can be seen or hidden when the report label is selected
- Variable Refresh: Enable/Disable variables refresh
- Hide Empty Folders: Enable/Disable the empty folders in the report tree
- Due Data Reminder: Enable/Disable the ability to receive object due date reminder
- Remind of Due Date Before (days): Set the number of days to receive notification before due date
