Non-Printable Ranges:
There may be parts of a spreadsheet that you do not want to include in your finalized report. You can accomplish this by creating and applying non-printable ranges. Non-printable ranges differ from printable ranges in that non-printable ranges can only be entire rows and columns rather than any selection of the spreadsheet. To create and apply a non-printable range:
Select a row or column of a spreadsheet.
Click on “Data” in the middle of the toolbar.
From the drop-down menu, select “Named ranges”.
On the right side, a menu will appear. Name the range and click “Done”.
After creating the named range, click on the three dots to the left of that spreadsheet document.
Select properties.
At the top of the properties menu, select “Areas”.
