- Update the Periods Template by opening the Periods Report, modifying the Budget Cycle cell, for example from “Proposed” to “Adopted”. After changing the spreadsheet to reflect the desired budget cycle, click on the three lines to the right of the “Periods Template” and then “Submit” changes.
Please note: some clients may have their Periods Report included as a folder in their Budget Book report, while others might have a separate report for Periods specifically. In either case, the steps remain the same.

Open the Budget Book’s Template and modify its Text Variables to match the cycle you want to switch to.

If your report title specifies a budget cycle, open the Budget Book Properties, and change the Report Name and Label to match the cycle you want to switch to. Note: not all clients use the Label feature – if you do not see a Label already chosen here, you can simply modify the Report Name if desired, and skip the label step.

Refresh all Data Store queries.
