- In your report, click on an object where you want to leave a comment.
- In your object you will see that any cells with comments will have a yellow marker in the top right corner. For editor documents, the word will be highlighted.
- Right-click where you want to leave your comment.
- Click on "Comment".
- Write your Comment.
- Once you are done, click "Comment".
- By hovering over the cell, you can see your comment. To reply to a comment,
- Write your reply and then click "Reply".
- To resolve a comment, click on the check mark to the right of the first comment.
- To see all the comments in a particular object, including resolved comments, click on the speech bubble on the top right of the spreadsheet.
- This panel will allow you see all comments for the present object. If you want to see all the comments in the report, you will have to go to the "Comment Dashboard" present in the report's Supporting Documents.
- If you make a mistake in your spreadsheet, you can always press [[ctrl]] + [[z]]
- But there were changes to a spreadsheet and you need to revert to a past version. Click on the counter-clockwise clock in beside the Comment Panel.
- In this panel, you will see all past versions of this document.
- To restore a past version of the object, click on the version of the document you want to restore. This will be denoted with a time and date stamp.
- Then click "Restore this version".
- If you are sure you want to restore this previous version, click on "Restore".
