Open Data
To best provide information and transparency to your constituents, you can publish your data to an open data report, which is a live online report that your constituents can log onto and view your financial data.
Most of this information is automatically updated from your Gravity report, but you can manually change the narrative to your Open Data report. To change the narrative to your Open Data report or FAQs:
- In your report, find the Open Data folder.
- Open "Transparency Portal Data" spreadsheet. Note: This may be entitled Open Data.
- You can edit the answers to the frequently asked questions or narrative to your open data report.
- Once you have completed editing answers to frequently asked questions or the open data report narrative, click on the three lines to right of object tab.
- Then click Submit.
