The Activity window keeps a record of changes in your Report documents, including when content was created, updated, or deleted, and who made the change. You can filter the record by date range, type of change, and user, so you find the change you need quickly.
There are 3 steps to track changes with Activity. Select the step below to navigate directly to that section.
Step 1: Open Activity
Navigate to Report and choose your document type, such as Digital Budget Books, Digital Financial Reports, CIP Documents, or Custom Documents. Select your document to open it in the document editor.
Then, select the Activity button in the upper right corner.
Note: Activity is available to Editors of a document. If you are a Contributor or Reviewer and need to see a document's activity, reach out to an Editor of that document.
