Fund Balance Overhaul

The Fund Balance application has been completely overhauled with new styling and import functionality. Only Admin-level users can access the Fund Balance application.

From within the application, you can update statistics, add prior and future years, set the column description, import, and export. 

To import, please begin by selecting the import button and downloading the linked template. 

After completing the csv template, select Start and upload the file.

After selecting the correct file, the workflow will help you correct any validation errors. The values in the Fund Balance application will be updated immediately after you finish the import process. 

Personnel Budgeting

Fund Summary Report

A new report has been launched for Personnel Budgeting - the Fund Summary Report. This summary report rolls up a Personnel Budget by fund, providing insight into Total Wages, Total Additional Pays, Total Benefits, and Total Compensation by fund. This report can be customized by scenario and budget year, and can also be exported to Excel or CSV.

Digital Budget Book

Lock Budget Book

Digital Budget Book has been updated with a new feature that allows you to lock a book.

Locked books are static copies of the budget book that cannot be edited manually and are not updated by underlying changes to source components like charts, budgets, and settings. This feature ensures that no updates will be passed to this locked budget book version.

You can create a Locked budget book by selecting Clone and choosing the Lock cloned budget book setting.

Bugs & Tasks

• The payment interface has been updated to more clearly display the difference in processing time and processing fees (if applicable) for both card and ACH (I.e., US bank account) payments.

• Fixed an issue that caused some payout.csv email attachments to be empty files (0 bytes)

Transparency

Updated Profile Page Header Styles

Your profile’s page header now has updated style options. By default, the new banner has a blue background and updated typescript. Any customizations that you’ve made to your banner will flow through to the new banner.
