CIP Document - Create a CIP Book

Easily publish your Capital Improvement Plan you created in the Capital Budgeting application through the CIP Book documents in Reports. 

Note: The CIP document is a new feature and at this time is only available by request. Please reach out to your ClearGov point of contact for more information. 

Create a Digital CIP Book 

Begin your Capital Improvement Plan journey in Reports by following these steps:

1. From the left hand navigation bar, select CIP Documents under the Report header.
2. Select the Create New CIP Document button.
3. Enter the Name of the document.
4. Select the preferred Request Period and Scenario (optional) of the Capital Budget you want to utilize in the document. Note: If you have a Digital Budget Book subscription, the Capital Budget module will feed directly into this document through your Request Period.
5. Choose to display Capital Project Detail by Department or Request Type.

6. Finally, select the Create button to produce the structure of the CIP document.
