Personnel Budgeting - Allow Contributors to Edit Employees and Vacancies and Create Scenarios

In Personnel Budgeting, there are additional permissions to assign to a Contributor, a feature known as Expanded Contributor Access. This feature allows Editors to grant Contributors the ability to edit Employees and Vacancies as well as create their own Scenarios.

Toggle on Expanded Contributor Access

Enable Expanded Contributor access by toggling on the setting Edit Employees and Vacancies for any Contributor who has already been granted Positions Access. These settings are accessed by navigating to the Collaborators tab, then the Contributors sub-tab, and then selecting the edit pencil in the Actions column for the Contributor you wish to edit.

Enabling this toggle will allow the Contributor to view and edit Employee Detail pages for the following:

• All Employees and Vacancies in the departments/divisions the Contributor has Positions Access to
• That user’s personal New Position Requests
• Requests made by Sub-Contributors that user manages

Note: Editors who are also Contributors are able to create and submit Scenarios when they are toggled to Contributor mode.
