The ClearGov Dashboard 

When you log in to ClearGov, you will automatically be placed on a page named My Dashboard. 

1. Navigation Sidebar - The blue column at the left is the navigation sidebar that lists the applications available to you. The number of applications will vary based on which products you are subscribed to and the permissions associated with your account. 
   • Minimize and maximize this pane by selecting the arrows. 
2. Recently Viewed - To the right of the navigation pane is the Recently Viewed section that lists the last eight activities and when you last entered that budget. Selecting an item in this section is a quick way to navigate back to the activity. 
3. The Question Mark to the left of your name is a quick link to the Support Center. 
   • Select the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the page. 
     1. At the top of the list is a View Your Page link, which will open your municipality’s transparency profile.
     2. Next is the View Admin Home Page link, which will take you back to the home page.
     3. When you select My Settings, another page will open where you can change your name, photo, and password.
     4. Sign Out will log you out of ClearGov.
4. The Support & Training section contains helpful links to ClearGov Academy, help articles, product release notes, your data request form for data updates and changes, feature requests and a resource center. 
5. The Data Request section allows you to easily submit a Data Request and view your existing requests.
6. Your Subscriptions section lists all modules that your municipality is subscribed to. Selecting a module in this section will navigate you to that module's home page. 
7. Charlie Support Assistant - In the lower left-hand corner of the Dashboard, select the Charlie robot icon to chat with Charlie. Charlie is our AI Support assistant, trained on our ClearGov training materials to answer your product questions.
