Capital Budgeting - Add and Invite Reviewers

This article is intended for: Editors of the Capital Budgeting module.

Use this article after: You have set up your Capital Budget and are ready to invite Reviewers.

This article is intended for Editors in Capital Budgeting who need to add Reviewers to the Capital Budget.

Navigate to the Collaborators tab within your Capital Budget and select Reviewers.

Add Reviewers

Select +Add Reviewers
Search for and select the Name of the user you want to add
1. Note: If you need to create a new user account, create one in the User Management section of ClearGov.
Select Add Reviewer

Invite Reviewers

After they have been created, when you are ready to invite them, multi-select the individuals to invite.
Select Invite Reviewers.

Customize and send the invitation email message.
