Do you have any Employees who hold multiple jobs at the same time? For example, a Math Teacher might also be the Volleyball Coach. You can add a Concurrent Position in Personnel Budgeting to an existing Employee.
Employees can be assigned multiple positions at the same time, each with their own compensation and allocation tracking.
- Navigate to the Positions Tab
- Navigate to the Filled Positions Tab
- Select a Filled Position ID to view the Employee Detail Screen.
- Select Concurrent Position
- Fill in the required fields to add the new concurrent position.
