A collaboration bar lives in the bottom of each page to foster collective editing and reviewing of a document by collaborators.
The Collaboration Bar enables document Editors/Owners and Co-collaborators who have access to a page to view who is assigned to the page, when the page was last updated, and the page status.
- Hover over the number in the Contributors section to display the names of contributors and reviewers assigned to that page.
- Select the Comments icon to view and add page comments.
- Last Edited will display the last date and the time the page was edited.
- The Page Status dropdown allows you to set the progress of the page.
- An In Progress status indicates that a page is being worked on.
- A Draft Complete status displays when a draft has been completed.
- A Finalized status can be displayed when work on the page is completed.
- A Needs Attention status can be displayed when you need to flag pages that need to be prioritized.
A Review Required status means a page needs to be reviewed before publishing.
Note: Draft Complete, Needs Attention, and Finalized statuses will trigger an email to the editor and any assigned collaborators to notify them of the status change.
