Archiving an account or itemization will strike through the in-progress value. If an account has itemizations and is archived, the itemizations will automatically be archived as well. Individual itemizations can be archived as needed without impacting the account. Archived items will not be displayed in Report Builder reports.
Note: if the archived item was budgeted for in prior years, it will still display in the budget book with values for those prior years, but it will have a zero-dollar value for the budgeted year.
Hiding an account or itemization simply removes it from your and others' views. Hidden items are still displayed in Report Builder reports and in the budget book.
