FAQ: How can I compare two Personnel Budgeting scenarios in Report Builder?

Compare two scenarios in Report Builder by following these steps:

1. Select the Filled Position Detail Report
2. Open the Columns menu on the right-hand side of the report table to add the following columns: note that these columns may not be enabled by default in your Filled Position Detail Report

• [Scenario Name] Adjusted Total Wages
• [Scenario Name] Adjusted Total Additional Pays
• [Scenario Name] Adjusted Total Benefits
• [Scenario Name] Adjusted Total Compensation

Having these columns for all Scenarios in the same report table makes comparing the various Scenarios (your “what ifs”) much easier than clicking back and forth between reports generated from different Scenarios.
