FAQ: Why Can I See an Itemization in the Editor Role But Not in my Contributor View?

There could be a few reasons for this: 

1. Have you assigned the contributor role version of yourself to the parent Account ID of that itemization? You need to have access to the account as a Contributor in order to see it in Contributor view. 
2. Did you search by description instead of Account ID? Try searching by Account ID on the worksheet instead of the account description name. 
3. Check that the advanced filters in your contributor role view haven’t limited the accounts that are displaying. Pro Tip: Select Reset View to reset your worksheet to the default view.
