Capital Project Tracking - Add Internal Notes and Public-Facing Announcements to a Project

On the Project Page, you can add Notes and Announcements for each project. 

Note: Notes are primarily for internal use, while announcements allow you to designate information that will be displayed as banners on the Public Project Pages website.

Select the Add Announcement button to create a new announcement, or select the edit pencil icon to update an existing announcement on the Update Announcement menu. 

On the Update Announcement menu, you will be asked to indicate the type of announcement being posted. Announcement Types include:  Warning (yellow), Danger (red), Success (green), and Information (blue).

Note: The announcement type controls the color of the banner displayed on Public Project Pages.
