- View Overall Progress and Status data from the associated Action Item.
- Set a Start Date and End Date for this goal.
- Weigh the Goal based on the impact on the overall Focus Area.
- Add a custom group to organize and filter Goals.
- View the GFOA Recommendations for strategic planning in the Strategic Plan Best Practices. Note that “Custom Plans” will not have this checklist available.
- Access Plan Settings in the upper right of any screen to make the following edits across the entire plan.
- Plan Name
- Plan Description
- Budget Year
- Check-In Notification Schedule
- Check-In Grace Period
- Re-name Framework Terms and Status Terms
- Select Goal Settings to configure the details of this Goal. See the next section for additional information on Goal Details.
- View all Action Items associated with this Goal. Select + Add Action Item to add an Action Item to this Goal.
- View and manage Key Performance Indicators. Simply upload KPI charts and graphics from your computer or select a custom chart from the ClearGov Charts tool.
- Include Attachments and Notes for a deeper level of understanding.
