Strategic Planning - Add Status and Progress Updates

Status & Progress Updates are regularly scheduled updates on the current status and progress of the Action Item.

Status & Progress Updates drive the data throughout the Strategic Plan and populate the Progress and Status graphics on the Plan Dashboard. 

1. Enter the Update Date. Today’s date will be automatically populated for you.
2. Select the Status.
3. Enter the Progress Percentage.
   1. Note: Status & Progress update percentages will calculate overall completion percentages for the entire Strategic Plan.
4. Enter any Notes about the update. Notes may or may not be mandatory, depending on the Required Information Settings that Editors set on the Action Item page.
5. Select if any KPIs have been updated to the Action Item. KPI updates may or may not be mandatory, depending on the Required Information Settings that Editors set on the Action Item Page.
