The Request Manager Tab
The request manager is where you’ll perform most of the tasks related to your capital budget. Select any request to view it with greater detail.
Sorting and Filtering Capital Requests
Customizing columns and establishing row groups will sort and filter the capital requests you have collected.
You can sort and filter the specific columns in the Request Manager. For lists of specific choices, you can select which ones to include/exclude, and for dates, you can choose a specific date, a minimum/maximum, and a range.
Pro Tip: Select the Reset View button in the Request Manager Table to clear all set filters. The number will show how many filters are active.
Row Grouping
Group all requests within the table by simply dragging the column you want to group by into the Drag here to set row groups field. Drag and drop any column in the Request Manager Table to the top of the table to establish a row group. Some effective row hierarchy examples include: Department, Request Owner, and Status.
The table will then automatically sort the Capital Requests by that column. You can even group by multiple columns at once for extra organization.
