This article is intended for: Editors and Contributors responsible for adding and editing content in a document.
Use this article after: the document (budget book, digital financial report, CIP document, or custom document) has been created and you are ready to add content.
While any page template you choose will provide at least one content block, you most likely will want to add additional content blocks.
- Add content blocks by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the +Add Block icon.
- Choose from the block templates.
- Then select the Add Block button.
Once the content block is added, you can hover and select the Options drop-down to:
- Move blocks up or down the page
- Show or hide the block on the page
- Hide the content block from the web and PDF views
- Flip columns or rows for multi-content blocks
- Clone the block to create an exact copy of the block
- Add a block below or above the current block
- Add a page break to start the block on the next page in the PDF.
Note: This does not affect the web view. It is recommended to select the PDF preview to visualize where page breaks are needed - Customize the background color and block spacing in Block Settings. You can also customize block spacing in bulk by going into Settings and navigating to the Public Website Presentation tab. Select the Update Block Spacing icon to adjust the spacing.
- Delete a block
