This document provides instructions on how to export Revenue and Expenditure History data from BS&A Cloud to support the data onboarding process.

Note: Some BS&A Cloud clients may have different system functionalities. If these instructions do not apply to your system, Senior Data Advisors can collaborate with the client to identify an alternative report that meets their needs.
Access the Reports Tab
- In the Run Report section, select Reports.
- Type the word “History” in the search bar at the bottom to help narrow your results. Then, select Revenue and Expenditure History Report.
- Click on the Edit Report Options button.
- Next, click in the Data Options window, and in the Date Filters section, select the final month of your fiscal year for the Period Month (ie, if your fiscal year is January-December, select December for Period Month).
- Select the Formatting Options tab and in the Miscellaneous Options section, under Budget Options, select Print Both to include multiple budget versions from the same fiscal year in your export (i.e., Adopted Budget and Amended Budget).
- While you are still in the Formatting Options section, scroll down to the Columns to Include section; from here, select all the years you would like to include in your report. Pro Tip: We recommend you include (at a minimum) the last 4 fiscal years.
Export the report to Excel/CSV format.
