Use this article after: Contributors have been invited to the Operational Budget and are editing accounts.
If a contributor is currently in an open request round, an editor can choose to force submit that contributor’s budget requests.
From the Assigned Collaborators tab, select the More Actions button next to the user’s name. Then select Force Submit.
After a Contributor submits, you can also reopen their Accounts by selecting Reopen Submit.
