You can create benefits and/or additional pay options that are calculated based on accrued service time for employees. An example of this is Longevity Pay, when an employee is eligible for additional compensation after accruing months or years of service.
There are two Milestone Pay calculation model options:
Note: Milestone Pay is calculated based on the Service Time Start Date field in the Positions Tab under each Employee. You will be able to bulk-import Employees and their Service Time Start Dates.
