A Vacancy approved in a Funding Package will not apply the Personnel costs to the Worksheet. Personnel expenses must be connected to Operational Budgeting through the Personnel Import.
To exclude a Vacancy from your Personnel Budget, simply exclude it from the Scenario in the Vacancies sub-tab of the Scenario. This will also prevent the vacancy’s costs from going into the Operational Budget, because the Scenario determines which itemizations are created in Operational Budgeting.
