FAQ: I want to keep track of the grade levels that teachers work in to see how many teachers at each grade level we are budgeting for. How can I do this in Personnel Budgeting?

In Personnel Budgeting, there are optional columns for Position Code or Grade. If those columns are not being utilized for position codes or grades from your payroll system, upload the grade level of each employee when you upload employees into the Positions>Employee tab.

Pro Tip: Utilize the ClearGov Employee template found in the Bulk Upload tool on the Employee page to upload employee information into the Positions tab.
