FAQ: I need to deny the value of an itemization, but want to retain the itemization and unit cost for history purposes. How do I do that?

After the Account has been submitted, change the quantity to zero on the itemization. This action will zero out the value.
Then, select the thumbs up to approve the itemization.

The itemization and its unit cost will now be saved without affecting the total budget value.
