Note: The Contributor Role and Department Head roles are the same.
Contributors have limited access to ClearGov and are unable to perform many actions listed above, which are available only to Admins.
Contributors must be invited to contribute to a budget, budget book, capital request cycle, or project. Contributors can only take action on items for which they have been granted access.
- Plan and Track - Contributors cannot create new Plans, but can archive an existing Plan. Note that Contributors are not able to restore or delete the Plan after archiving.
- Report Solutions - Contributors cannot create new Documents, but can archive and restore existing Documents.
- Engage/Transparency - Manage Projects, Dashboards, and Subdomains. Contributors can view, archive, and reply to Comments.
- Charts - Create, edit, copy, and delete the Charts that they created. Contributors can be added as Collaborators in other users' charts.
- Digital Financial Reporting - Can create new Journal Entries, but cannot edit or delete existing ones.
