Action Items are the third and lowest level of the Planning Framework in Strategic Planning.
Actions Items are specific activities assigned to one or more departments, boards, commissions, committees, or private organizations. Action items will often have an associated timeframe.
Note: At ClearGov, we use the Planning Framework terms “Focus Area, Goal, and Action Item,” you may rename these terms for each plan in Settings.
