If needed, you can archive, restore, and/or delete a financial statement.
Archive a Statement
There are two options for archiving. Let’s cover those options below.
Option 1: Bulk Actions
- To archive multiple statements at once, select the checkboxes next to the statements you want to archive.
- Then select the Bulk Actions button.
- Then select the Archive Statements option. The statements will automatically be moved to the Archived View.
Option 2: Actions Menu of the Statement
- To move a statement, select the Actions icon (three dots)that is located on the right-hand side of that statement row.
- Then select the Archive option. The statements will automatically be moved to the Archived View.
Restore Archived Statements
There are two ways to restore archived statements.
Option 1: Bulk Actions
- To restore multiple statements at once, select the checkboxes next to the statements you want to restore.
- Then select the Bulk Actions button.
- Then select the Restore Statements option. The statements will automatically be moved to the Active View.
Option 2: Actions Menu of the Statement
- To move a statement, select the Actions icon (three dots)that is located on the right-hand side of that statement row.
- Then select the Restore option. The statements will automatically be moved to the Active View.
Delete Archived Statements
Additionally, if you want to remove a statement permanently, you can choose to delete a statement.
- To delete a statement, select the Actions icon (three dots)that is located on the right-hand side of that statement row.
- Then select the Delete option.
Select the Yes button to confirm that you want to delete the statement.
