Use this article after: You have added financial pages to your document.
After your Financial Pages have been added to your Budget Book, you can review the auto-generated blocks and their corresponding financial data.
Note: These pages are typically nested under their corresponding Overview section. Select the ">" icon to expand the section.
The Financial Pages are created based on your selections when creating the new page, including the placement of the page and the Type of financial data presented, such as Fund, Object, Function, etc.
Note: You can click on the image above to zoom in.
As you review, you can make additions or individual page changes like:

Add narrative text by selecting the text box.
Note: You will see guidance information in the text boxes to provide you with suggestions for narratives, but it won't display in your live book. - Select to Hide any content blocks or graphics from presenting in the Digital Budget Book.
- Relabel the name of a chart by selecting the edit pencil icon next to the chart name.
Pro-Tip: It is recommended to make changes to your financial page charts and tables in bulk. This will standardize your financial pages and streamline your time management for customizing your financial pages. Learn more in the article linked below.
