Depending on the type of financial pages you have created, you will have settings for those dimension types (e.g., Fund Summary Pages, Program, and Department). Follow these steps to access the settings.
- Navigate to the budget book’s Settings menu
-
Select the Dimension page tab (i.e., Fund Summary, Location, Department, Program, etc.) to begin to make edits to the pages of that dimension universally.
Note: Universal Page Settings will apply to all pages within that dimension section of pages.
Toggle On/Off Content Blocks on the Financial Pages
When Financial Pages are created, content block sections are auto-generated to display data by every dimension in your Chart of Accounts. Each content block section contains areas for you to include headline and summary text, and additional text fields. Because this may be more detailed than your organization typically displays in your document, we made it easy to hide content blocks and sections.
Select the carat (>) icon to the left of a section to see all of the content in that section. Then, use the Hide/Show toggles to hide headline, text, charts, or financial schedule configuration in a content block.
Select the Save Settings button in the lower right corner when you are done.
To hide an entire content section, follow these steps:
- Select the More Actions ellipses icon (...)
- Select Show all fields or Hide all fields to avoid having to toggle for each page.
Select the Save Settings button in the lower right corner when you are done.
