Use this article after: creating a budget that you want to make changes to while keeping the original budget intact.
Cloning a budget allows you to keep any edits or additions you've made to a budget, but continue making edits and additions outside of the original.
Pro-Tip: Cloning is a great way to create a Sandbox Environment to explore in Operational Budgeting.

From the Operational Budgeting Home Page, Check the Box next to the budget you wish to clone. Once a budget is checked, the Clone button should appear. You can only clone one budget at a time.

Once you select the Clone button, you can change the Budget Name and select Save.
Note: Once a budget has been created, the budget year cannot be changed. Create a New Budget if you need a budget for a new year.
