Yes, if you have not yet saved a version of the budget. If you wish to make corrections to itemizations before saving a version select the Revert icon to revert the import. We highly encourage you to review your itemizations before saving a version.
Note: If you have imported into the In Progress or Forecasted column more than once the revert import will take the In Progress or Forecasted column back to the import done before this latest import.
What happens if I saved a version?
You can import as many times as you would like to the In Progress or Forecasted column and the operational budget will update accounts accordingly.
For example: You imported a scenario with 5 itemizations under the same Account ID, each with an amount of $1,000, ClearGov would insert 5 itemizations with this amount into the In Progress/Forecasted column and then selected Save Version and saved a version.
You then import a second scenario with 3 matching itemizations with amounts of $2,000 but the second scenario did not include itemizations 4 or 5.
ClearGov would update itemizations 1, 2, and 3 to have values of $2,000 in the In Progress/Forecasted column (the new value) and leave itemizations 4 and 5 unchanged (they would maintain their value of $1,000).
In this case, you might want to utilize the archive tool for itemization 4 and 5 to strike through those values and hide them from the budget and budget totals. You could also revert the second import if you have not yet saved a version.
