Calculation Columns
Calculations that come from the Positions Tab:
These columns are pulling information from the Positions Tab. If a calculation column does not have “adjusted’ in the title, it would not reflect Scenario adjustments in the total.
Examples of Positions Tab Calculation columns:
- 2027 Total Wages
- 2027 Additional Pay Total
- 2027 Benefit Total
- 2027 Compensation Total
- Additional Pay Details
- Benefit Details
Calculations that come from the Scenarios Tab:
Calculations that include adjustments from the scenario would have the word “adjusted” in the title. If a calculation column does not have “adjusted’ in the title, it will not reflect Scenario adjustments in the totals.
Examples of Scenario Calculation columns:
- Name of Scenario FY2027 Adjusted Total Wages
- Name of Scenario FY2027 Adjusted Total Benefits
- Name of Scenario FY2027 Adjusted Total Comp
- Adjusted Additional Pay Details
- Adjusted Benefits Details
You will have a column available for each of your Scenarios, and you will see the exact name of the Scenario listed in the title of the column.
Default Scenario for the Report
Select the scenario and year in the upper left corner of the Filled Position Detail Report. This is the scenario that will be used for any columns that have “Adjusted” in the title but no Scenario listed.
For example:
- Adjusted Additional Pay Details
- Adjusted Benefits Details
Note: Both of these columns expand into more columns for every Additional Pay and Benefit.
The data will come from the default Scenario selected for this report.
