This guide shows how to cleanly format MDFM imports so your imported statement looks professional and is easy to read. It explains adding repeating headers/footers, suppressing empty rows or columns, inserting total lines, and adjusting number formats.

Step-by-Step Instructions
In the final step of editing an MDFM import, you can select Customize.
- Note: If you are looking to edit an already imported statement, start by selecting the import block. Select Choose Template and select the template you wish to use.
Under Header Information and Footer Information, add headers or footers to the table.
- Pro-Tip: Toggle the Repeated for following pages on to have the header run across all pages with this table.
In the Settings section, you can suppress rows or columns that have no values.
- Note: The defaults in this menu will provide you with a consistent formatting standard for your report.
Select Close when complete.
Select a Row in the table to make formatting changes.
When formatting a row, you can add Total Rows, and format the Numbers in the table.
Select Finish to finalize the edits to your MDFM import.
