Use this article after: you have any log-in issues (including a 403 error) you may experience in Disclosure Studio.
- Use app.onegravity.com to log into the system. If you use any other log in link, you will be unable to log into Disclosure Studio.
- Ensure you are entering the correct username and password.
- If this does not work, try cleaning your cache.
Note: When clearing your cache, it is most important to clear cached images and files. If that does not work as first, clear cookies from your browser as well. The clearing the last 24 hours of data should suffice.
- Lastly, update your browser. Since the security protocols change from time to time, some older versions of browsers will be unable to access ClearGov's products.
