If your process involves preparing journal entries in Excel, you can use this functionality to upload your adjustments in bulk and combine them with the data from your ERP system.
For example, you may upload a trial balance from your ERP system and maintain additional journal entries in Excel or another system. With this functionality, you can upload these adjustments, and our system will combine them with the trial balance data into a single data set for ACFR preparation.
If you need to revise and re-upload your adjustment entries, the previously uploaded adjustments will be overwritten by the new upload. Your original trial balance data will not be affected.
Note: This feature must be enabled by our Support team in order to be utilized. Please reach out to support@onegravity.com should you need to have it enabled in your system.
