The Cover Page contains several locked fields that control key details displayed on the front of your report. Understanding what each field does makes it easy to keep your cover page accurate and on-brand.
Cover Page Locked Fields
- The Footer field connects to the footer defined in your report template.
- The Entity field displays your organization's name.
Pro-Tip: We recommend using a Report Variable to automate your organization's name so it updates automatically across all reports.
- The Logo field updates the logo displayed on the cover page.
Pro-Tip: We recommend using the logo Report Variable so that any logo update applies across all reports automatically.
- The Fiscal Year field displays the year or years shown on your report.
- The Fiscal Month-Day field states when the fiscal year ends.
Pro-Tip: We recommend using a Report Variable to automate this value so it stays consistent across all reports.
- The Background field updates the cover page background image.
Pro-Tip: If you want multiple images to appear, create a collage image and upload it as a single file.
