Once you have created a Position Count Table in the Position Count Tool and are ready to link it to your Budget Book Document, you may be wondering how that data is going to display.

Once a Position Count Tool has been linked to your Document in the Personnel Data Source tab of your book’s Data Source settings, you will see a new panel added to your Fund and Department Pages called Position Detail.
This table can be customized to meet your organization’s needs by adding in budgeted and actual columns for various years, showing job title detail, or not. It is strongly recommended that you customize your Position Count Table using the document’s Universal Settings to ensure uniformity across all financial pages in your document where this table displays.
