What is a Focus Area?
Focus areas are broad statements about the desired outcomes for the community and how it will get there, providing a high-level vision of what your organization hopes to achieve. Focus areas are often cross-functional.
Goals and Action Items will be added to this focus area to add depth and measurement capability to track your progress in completing the tasks.
Note: At ClearGov, we use the terms “Focus Area, Goal, and Action Item” but you may re-name these terms for each plan in Settings.
