Demographics - Update and Display Student Enrollment Demographics for Schools

To edit school demographics navigate to Tools in the left-hand navigation sidebar and select the Demographics Tool. 

Student Enrollment Demographics

School users can manually update their enrollment by grade level within the Enrollment category of the Demographics Tool.

Update Total Enrollment

You can update the Total Enrollment number by selecting the total enrollment category and updating the Client provided statistics for each year.

Update Enrollment by Grade Level

You can also update the Enrollment by grade level.  Select each grade level and update the statistics for each year. 

Display Enrollment Demographics in the Transparency Center

Both options will automatically be reflected in your Transparency Center. 

Total Enrollment will be displayed in the Overview tab under the Student Snapshot. 

Whereas the Enrollment by Grade Level will be displayed in the Students tab by year.
